Design Tip Thursday! Casual Table Settings!

Many of you will probably be having cook outs or get togethers during the summer months.  So here are a few tips and pictures of some easy table settings for your event.

With or without the monogrammed tag, this look is so pretty and easy!  

Love the popes of green in the glasses, keep it neutral with a fun pop of color.  The burlap place mates are supper cute as well.

The blush pink coming through the flowers is so pretty.  Love the simplicity of a few flowers in a glass mason jar or small vase.

Cool Find Friday!

Recently, Jill hosted a superbowl get together for her son and some of his friends.  She did an awesome table setting for this event at her home, and I just wanted to share a few of her pictures.  She used chalk boards as trays and labeled the foods she prepared.  What a cute idea!  They turned out great, she even incorporated the black from the chalk board into cones of popcorn, napkins, and football themed plates.  You could really use this for any theme of a party you're hosting, its a great way to let your guests know what you're serving.  Such a great idea!
